Pangasinan. He was born in San Carlos City Pangasinan on September 1, 1912. He
is survived by his son and daughter namely, Silva B. Tamayo and Juan B.
Ballesteros. He is a loving and sweet grandfather to his grandchildren.
His body lies in state at Brgy. Cruz, San Carlos City
Pangasinan.
Interment will be on November
17, 2012 (Sat.) at 9:00 a.m.
