Edlyn Grace,6, passed away at Pangasinan Provincial Hospital,
San Carlos City Pangasinan on November 20, 2012. She was born in San Carlos
City Pangasinan on October 1, 2006. She is survived by her parents namely; Ria
P. Fortin and Edwin A. Fortin, her sister and brother namely; Edrieth Joy and
Edrian. She is loving, kind and sweet little child.
Her body lies in state at Brgy.Sapinit, San Carlos City,
Pangasinan.
Interment will be on November
28, 2012 (Weds.) at 9:00 a.m.

Holy Gardens Pangasinan Memorial
Park
