Onofre, 73, passed away at Brgy. Talang San Carlos City Pangasinan . He was born
in Maliwara, San Carlos City Pangasinan on March 12, 1939. He
is survived by his, sons and daughters, Marissa, Helen, Marlyn, Herman and Noli.He
is a very kind father, loving and a good provider to his children.
His body lies in state at Brgy. Talang, San Carlos City
Pangasinan.
Interment will be on November
11, 2012 (Sun.) at 7:00 a.m.
