Benjamin,42, passed away at Brgy. Bacnar, San Carlos City Pangasinan. He was born in San Carlos City Pangasinan on November 10, 1970. He is survived by his wife, Imelda Marquez and daughter, Sheila Jane M. Gundayao. He is a loving and kind to his wife and daughter.

His body lies in state at Brgy. Bacnar, San Carlos City Pangasinan.

Interment will be on November 17, 2012 (Sat.) at 10:00 a.m.
