Feliza, 91, passed away last October 30, 2012 with her family on her side at Madayagdag, San Fernando City, La Union. She was born in San Fernando City, La Union on January 28, 1921. She was married to the late Pedro Flores and had two children: Constante and Arnold.
She is survived by her children: Constante and Arnold. She is a loving mother to her children and loves to watch her grandchildren play.
