Noel,48, passed away at Quirino Memorial Medical Center, Quezon
City. He was born in San Carlos City Pangasinan on July 19, 1964. He is
survived by his wife, Virginia B. dela Cruz and his sons namely, Christian
Welle, Jaypee, Noel Jr. and Wilgeorge. He is a OFW at Riyadh Saudi Arabia as
Family Driver. He is a loving father and responsible to his family.
His body lies in state at Brgy. Caoyan Kiling, San Carlos City
Pangasinan.
Interment will be on November
18, 2012 (Sun.) at 10:00 a.m.
